JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

When you work as a preschool teacher with us, you become part of a team that together creates an education that stimulates and challenges all children's development and learning. We want the children to feel safe and comfortable during their time at preschool.

Based on the curriculum and other governing documents, you choose methods, content, and interactions based on each child's knowledge, experience, and specific circumstances. You contribute your knowledge and experience to develop the operations, but also yourself, of course. You collaborate to create a safe, fun, and educational preschool. As a preschool teacher, you have extended responsibilities. All educators at the preschool are part of a development group that works together with the principal to drive the development of the preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed or newly graduated preschool teacher and who has a strong interest in learning and developing together with the children and us colleagues.

Are you engaged and responsible? Great! We need you whose commitment stimulates both the children and us colleagues to learn. Together, we are responsible for the operations and drive the development towards the preschool's set goals. You have a clear respect for the individual and an open and trustworthy approach to create good and sustainable relationships.
